What is the League?
The Ostentatious Gamers league is just that, a league for gamers who happen to fall into all the categories or nerd-dom, not limited to those such as: Badass, TeHSweetz!, epic, Schmeck-z, etc. Gathered from around the world, and more importantly the tri-state area of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky (ja, its last for a reason, and not a good one either), all to join in the celebration that is nerd-gaming. From table-top to digital, role playing to simulators, we play'em all.
Currently, we are focused on a more paper-pencil grouping, and role play atmosphere, we welcome all talk, dialog, and other forms of communication that can be broadcast over the internet. Well, other than sign language, can't see that through texting prompts now can we. Join the merriment and begin the keg toss with a good bout on our forum, and read through some of our holistic gaming theory right here in the wiki.
Who are the League?
The League happens to be any and all gamers within the Northern Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio area that has contracted some form of our disease. Most possible sources include contact of any kind with an infected host… On a serious note, the League is for all gamers, and though we might be separated by distances, we are still one group of individuals singularly strong, and when united -well, something really cool is what we are! The jury is still out on what we happen to be when transformed. Voltron is still a possibility, but fighting copyright laws at the moment.
So, if you find yourself a gamer in the same boat as ourselves, lacking a decent number of friends, look no farther. Though we are a Wiki site for the strange and mystical art of table-top & video gaming, we are a welcoming and hearty folk, looking to share a good days dungeon pillage with all that are within earshot; whether they like it, or not. Drop us a line, and give us feedback, comments, concerns, etc. and we will work to appease the almighty nerd race to the best of our abilities.
Remember, we are more than a mere digital blip on the internet: WE ARE NERDS!

Oct 19, 2011 - Wow! Almost a year since the last update, and nothing much going on. Work is getting ahold of every one, and limiting the time even I have to spend on the site, lol. But I have added a Minecraft Tab, and will be updating that page in the near future. Keeping up with this is a bit harder when only one person on the crew is even logging in… Lol!

Nov 3, 2010 - Added in a lovely little page for those of you that have ever been interested in creating your own MtG cards. Check out the MSE2 page under the MtG tab.
Changes/Updates:
- MtG - MSE2 page finished; projects welcome.
- MtG - Changed the heading of the types, and listed them as formats, finished.
- MtG - Local Tourneys finished; please contact if looking to host
- D&D - Local Games finished; please contact hosts for openings and other info, please contact if looking to advertise hosting.
- Site - Removed unneeded, or not yet needed tab categories, it is OGL policy to present only what the players wish to read up on.

Oct 23, 2010 - Added a great deal more: LSR Paintball, Stargate Hydra, Player Decks, and added to my personal Roxallen Chronicles (RC Campaign). Keep up with us as we are adding more. SG-ExH will be live soon!
Also, a potential, new staff member might be joining us sooner than we thought I would be adding staff.

Oct 16, 2010 - LSR Paintball added to the forum. We're a Woods-ball/Tact10 team, or at least working toward that goal. Invitation only, no open enrollment yet. Will be posting a page here on the wiki for more information and what not on the team.
